We went over these Charleston Transitions:
1. Double Turn Transition from side-by-side to hammerlock position.
2. Jump Cross Spin Transition from hammerlock to same leg kick Charleston.
3. Transition between same leg kicks and opposite leg kicks.
4. J Hook Transition from opposite leg kicks to face-to-face 20s Charleston.
